Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Muzaffarnagar for a Human Resources and Business Development Recruiter. The Recruiter will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring of candidates. Day-to-day responsibilities will include developing strategic hiring plans, managing recruitment processes, coordinating and executing training programs, and collaborating with teams to fulfill workforce needs. The role also requires maintaining excellent communication with both employees and leadership to support business and HR objectives.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
• Strong Communication skills with an ability to interact effectively across teams and levels
• Experience in Hiring and managing recruitment processes
• Ability to plan, develop, and execute Training programs
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with HR policies and workforce planning techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
