Job Description
Responsibilities
Undertake administrative tasks and respond to queries from internal and external clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and internal processes.
Liaise with Talent Acquisition and HR Support EMEA to ensure Workday is up-to-date and includes necessary documents and data for new starters.
Work with HR Business Partners to maintain accurate HR data and run reports from Workday to support decision-making.
Coordinate regular induction events for new joiners and collaborate with the wider HR team on various projects.
Manage the return of annual appraisals and save them on employee Workday records.
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with a keen interest in Organisational Psychology and Human Resources. Essential skills include adaptability, resilience, strong time management, attention to detail, proactiveness, and strong IT skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also required.
