Axelor is having a strong growth, and is working in the web/mobile software publishing sector and more particularly in the field of Open Source ERP, CRM and BPM.Thanks to its R&D activities, Axelor offers software with cutting-edge technologies based on the best technological standards in order to provide its customers with high-performance, flexible and open tools to optimise project development cycles.The Axelor platform is an emerging platform allowing the development of web and mobile business applications, compatible with different types of databases.In the process to expand our operations in India and meet the requirements of our growing user base, we are looking for highly dynamic IT professionals to work with us and be part of a great organisation.Salary Range - 30K - 35K per month.Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organisation on strategic initiatives.They will maintain and enhance the organisation's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.Recruit and Onboard new hiresConduct performance management and provide feedbackManage Payroll and benefits for employeesAssisting the HR and the management teamQualifications:Bachelor's degree or relevant experience1+ years experience in Human Resources in IT companyStrong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategiesDemonstrated expertise in training managers and employeesStrong organisational, critical thinking, and communications skillsAttention to detail and good judgement+Salary Range - 30K - 35K per month
