Boggio Family of Pharmacies is looking for a full- time Assistant Human Resources Coordinator to join our team!

Duties & Responsibilities

· Assist with administering various human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, corporate training, and health & safety.

· Assist with checking timesheets and finalizing payroll bi-weekly

· Assist with the administration and management of the company policy manual, including ongoing maintenance and updates based on changes to company policies and new legislation.

· Assist with employee relations including scheduling, workplace investigations, progressive discipline, performance improvement and terminations.

· Assist with maintaining employee documents

Qualifications

· 0 -2 years of experience administering HR functions with computer efficiency in MS office, HRIS systems, Time & Attendance programs, and Payroll administration.

· A degree or diploma in Human Resource Management and/or related education and working knowledge of current applicable legislation.

· CHRP designation is an asset.
