Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our client need. This role involves assisting with employee data management, recruitment processes, onboarding, and HRIS administration. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with HR software systems. The Human Resources Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive employee experience.
Duties
Maintain and update employee records.
Assist with talent acquisition activities including sourcing candidates.
Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, conducting data collection during the hiring process, and assisting with onboarding procedures.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining documentation accuracy, and supporting HR reporting requirements.
Support payroll processing activities ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with company policies.
Assist in maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies through regular data collection and record keeping.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing)
1+ year of administrative or HR experience preferred
Experience in staffing or recruitment is an asset
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High level of confidentiality and attention to detail

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
