Job Description
1. Conduct TNI for each department to identify functional and behavioral training needs.
2. Do competency mapping for all identified needs.
3. Create a TNA document department wise.
4. Design training plan as per TNA.
5. Maintain L & D goal sheet and training trackers
6. Create training content using principles of Instructional design and get vetted by the corporate office.
7. Organize Induction Programs.
8. Prepare annual training calendar.
+. Ensure 100% adherence to training calendar.
10. Create MIS reports of departmental training.
11. Assist the Unit HR Head in the design, schedule, and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
12. Active involvement in employee engagement.
13. Pulse inputs and interventions to improve employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development.
3. Healthcare experience will be an added advantage.
Educational Requirements
1. Any Graduate or postgraduate (Preferably HR specialization)
2. Certifications in Training and Development
