We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administrative duties. As an HR Associate, you will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and helping the organization maintain HR compliances with applicable laws and company policies.
Main Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely onboarding of new employees.
2. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and productivity.
3. HR Operations & Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to set goals, objectives, and performance metrics for employees.
5. Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure that all HR practices and procedures align with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
6. Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships between employees, management, and the organization as a whole.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in recruitment, HR administration, or employee relations.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic record and a passion for HR may also be considered.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software/applications.
- Basic knowledge of Indian laws and HR compliance.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
