HCL, a leading catering provider in the education sector, is looking for a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This hybrid role offers the chance to work closely with line managers and the wider HR team to drive people strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development.
???? Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence).
• Support line managers with HR advice and guidance on best practices.
• Lead change management and TUPE transfer processes.
• Coach and train managers on HR topics.
• Partner with teams on projects related to HR strategy and policies.
• ???? What You Need:
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Passion for creating an inclusive, high-performance culture.
