Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle for Senior & Leadership roles with focus on Internal & Diverse Candidates fo all businesses Pan India solutions.
Ensure stakeholder management through matching the business drivers with talent needs and act as an advisor on acquiring quality talent through multiple sources for PAN India role
Responsible for quick turnaround of vacant positions while ensuring acquisition of quality talent for various corporate based functions and regions across levels
Identification, empanelment and periodical evaluation of recruitment partners. Develop partners to independently handle recruitment for functions and regions through constant engagement and business inputs
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through Referrals, Internal Job Postings, and other resources
Drive the employee referral program & ensure timely referral payouts
Ensure process adherence for all the pre joining & on boarding activities for the new hires
Track and validate SLA's for end to end recruitment process through regular audits and analysis
Focusing on Improvement in ageing of open positions of recruitment, reducing cost per hire and improvement in CV quality through operational excellence initiatives and their implementation to achieve the desired results.
Creating Integrated Candidates Database (Talent pool) on success factor for enhancing the user experience to extract and access candidate's data efficiently
Qualifications
• MBA/PGDM from premium B-Schools (Mandatory)
• 5-8 years of experience in HR or related field
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
