Job Description
Kotak Mahindra Bank needs candidates with 6 - 10 years of progressive HR experience in HR Business Partnering roles in our Retail Lending division.
A full time MBA-HR from a Tier 1/Tier 2 B-School is mandatory.
The role entails
• Driving employee productivity
• Workforce Planning
• Manpower Budgeting
• Driving the Performance Management process
• Leading the Talent management process
• Working closely with employees and line managers to improve the overall work environment
• Employee engagement
• Initiating and leading Projects
• Resolution of employee grievances and RCA (root cause analysis)
The job requires travel to other cities once or twice a month
Candidates must have shown demonstrated ability to drive results. Candidates are expected to have strong influencing and analytical ability, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a solid work ethic
The position is a national level role and offers candidates the opportunity to work closely with senior management to shape and drive the HR priorities for the business.
