Roles and Responsibilities – Sr Executive role
• HRBP Executive/ Senior Executive to support he employee engagement activities across the business account / unit. Provides support to HR Business partner(s) and People champion of the unit to carry out employee engagement activities including but not limited to :
• Job Purpose
• HR Policy/process compliance
• Develop and manage HR agenda to support the business objectives
• Redressal of employee grievances
• Drive HR initiatives in line with business objectives
• Collaborate amongst the PU/DU HR colleagues to deliver people responsibilities for the business Attrition Calculation.
• Principal Accountabilities
• Partner with business in people Management /development initiatives.
• Orienting new recruits to organizational culture and introducing senior leadership to them.
• Ensuring proper implementation of HR policies and processes to minimize deviations ensure compliance.
• Provide inputs/suggestions for policy improvisation.
• Preparing/documentation for internal process audits.
• Ideating and executing employee engagement initiatives for respective BU including rewards and recognition
• Conduct detailed attrition analysis and present the same to Business/HR leadership. Bring Industry insights, best
• practices and suggest measures for proactive retention.
• Ensure timely completion of various milestones PMS and Pay planning processes adhering to organization
• guidelines.
• Acting as an employee champion in helping the BU to handle key employee related issues, providing solutions
• and proactively strategizing employee touch points whereby achieving greater employee connect.
• Other responsibilities:
• Specific role related responsibilities will change based on regional or country context and business needs
• Developing HR insight using HR analytics/Trend analysis and plan HR intervention accordingly.
• Partnering with BU Leaders on strategic priorities of business.
Requisites for the role
• 3-6 year of experience .
• Good communication skills.
• Minimum first class .
• Applicants should be completely vaccinated .
• Should be ready to work from office at least 3 days a week or as and when required .
• Applicants should have completed graduation
