Responsibilities
• Working with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure all manpower requirements are closed in time.
• Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
• Assist management in conflict resolution
• Driving an all-encompassing induction program and delivering the same.
• Background verification and exit formalities
• Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits package's
• Work closely with Head- HR , Corporate & IST on various special projects.
• Ensuring Closure of Goal Setting, Mid-Year review and Annual review.
Qualifications
• MBA degree
• 5-8 years of experience in HR field
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
