Time - 11am - 6pm (Mon-Sat)
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition:
-Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
-Develop strategies for attracting top talent and building a diverse workforce.
• Employee Relations:
-Proactively manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees.
-Conduct investigations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
• Performance Management:
-Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
-Provide support to managers in setting performance expectations and goals.
• Training and Development:
-Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
-Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills.
• HR Policies and Compliance:
-Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Benefits Administration:
-Administer employee benefits programs and address benefits-related inquiries.
-Collaborate with vendors and consultants to optimize benefit offerings.
• Employee Engagement:
-Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
-Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred.
• 5-10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
