Job Description
Strategic HR Partnership:
• Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and align HR strategies to support business objectives.
• Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
Talent Management:
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage succession planning and career development initiatives.
Employee Engagement and Relations:
• Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
Performance Management:
• Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
• Coach managers on performance management techniques and employee development.
Organizational Development:
• Lead organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth implementation.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
HR Operations:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with best practices.
• Manage HR metrics and analytics to drive data-driven decision making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
