Purpose the Role:
The purpose of this role is to lead and oversee implementation of the HR policies and processes in the sales function
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee timely & efficient onboarding & transfers of sales employees across geographies in compliance with the local regulatory norms
• Supervise the team to coordinate with HRSC, ISG teams for processing of visas, travel requirements, etc. of the incoming employees
• Monitor implementation of Performance appraisal and compensation revision process in the Sales function within the timelines specified
• Provide timely inputs to Sales HR Lead to enable design & review and rollout of sales incentive and other compensation plans, benefit plans, talent norms and other sales team specific initiatives
• Identify and suggest options for cost optimization for sales employees within the regulatory limits
• Monitor sales productivity and effectiveness at regular intervals, highlight deviations from the agreed targets and take corrective action
• Oversee coordination with the recruitment & EHS team for completion of handoff of new employees to Sales HR including joining formalities, onboarding and orientation, etc.; Resolve escalations by employees post handoff
• Oversee rollout of corporate initiatives for the Sales function
• Oversee exit management including separation formalities, separation interviews, etc.
• Understand the sales and people strategy and derive the HR implications for the sales employees

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Organized and methodical
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Advance Formulas & Functions
