We are seeking a Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance across the region.Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts by managing local tie-ups while overseeing onboarding and completion of joining formalities.2. Benefits & Compliance: Oversee legal compliance while facilitating PF, ESIC, and statutory enrollments.3. Grievance Handling & Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and conduct store visits to address HR issues onsite.4. Employee Engagement: Plan initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, maintain an engagement calendar, and oversee announcements.5. Training & Development: Conduct training programs to enhance performance and workplace efficiency while supporting HR review processes and leadership development.6. Attendance & HR Operations: Oversee attendance adjustments, leave approvals, payroll coordination, and conduct weekly analysis of attendance and overtime.7. Offboarding & Retention: Ensure smooth employee exits with proper clearance, documentation, and exit interviews to improve retention and experience.8. HR Review: Maintain HR records, track key metrics, and prepare reports for decision-making.Requirements- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, or HR business partnering.- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and compliance requirements.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.- A proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- A background in the Food & Beverage industry.
