Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR business partner to align our various functions as per business needs. Role will include recruiting the right talent, verifying candidates, aligning new staff to business objectives, enhancing recruitment efforts, running orientation, and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations, structuring compensation packages, managing internships, updating policies and practices, and overseeing other HR activities.
HR Business Partner Responsibilities:
• Developing a standard HR process, strategies, policies, and practices to ensure smooth running of business.
• Hiring right candidate and conducting orientation and on-boarding related activities
• Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
• Managing relations between employee and employers.
• Evaluating employee needs.
• Managing and allocating HR funds.
• Engaging with various Founders and Heads of department.
HR Business Partner Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources Management or 1+ years of experience in HR field.
• Strong people skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Proactive nature.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to details.
