This full-time position is based in London and reports to the Head of International Markets, serving as a strategic partner to General Managers across the UK, Netherlands, Romania and Poland, with a dotted-line reporting to the Global VP of HR.
We’re looking for a sharp, experienced, and business-minded HR Business Partner to support senior leaders across the EU markets, combining true strategic partnership with hands-on execution.
Based in London, you will play a key role in supporting our regional leadership team, acting as a trusted advisor to local GMs and ensuring HR practices are aligned with global standards while meeting local regulatory requirements.
You’ll be the go-to partner for managers and employees: coaching leaders, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and ensuring the employee experience is consistent, scalable, and impactful across markets. You’ll confidently own the employee lifecycle end-to-end and navigate complex people matters with discretion, sound judgment, and commercial awareness.

Act as a true strategic partner to the VP of International Markets and General Managers across the UK, Netherlands, Romania and Poland - translating business strategy into a clear, actionable people agenda (org design, capabilities, structure, workforce planning, execution).
Coach and enable managers on leadership effectiveness, performance management, talent development, hiring decisions, and feedback culture.
Lead and execute key talent processes end-to-end: performance cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, promotions, retention strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.
Own and manage employee relations cases in the UK,Netherlands, Romania and Poland with professionalism and discretion (investigations, conflict resolution, compliance).
Ensure full compliance with UK employment law and alignment with local employment regulations across supported EU markets.
Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives including org design, role clarity, team scaling, and change management during periods of growth.
Partner closely with TA, L&D, and People Operations to ensure strong HR delivery and scalable processes across the region.
Leverage people data and insights to proactively identify trends and recommend solutions related to engagement, attrition risk, hiring quality, and performance.
Collaborate with HQ functions such as Finance and Legal to ensure compliant and commercially sound employment practices (contracts, compensation frameworks, benefits, policies).
5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic, multi-site or international environment
• Experience supporting senior leaders and multiple business units simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of UK, Netherlands, Romania and Poland employment law and HR compliance- advantage
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases in the EU
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into practical people initiatives
• Experience leading core HR processes end-to-end (performance, talent, engagement, employee lifecycle)
• Strategic and commercially minded with strong business acumen
Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence senior leaders
