processes at our India office. What is a Human Resources Business Partner? To us, a Human Resources Business Partner is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your Human Resources duties will involve managing activities such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development. The Human Resources Business Partner would be part of the global team and, assisting the Director of People and Culture with the implementation of Midrex Technologies Teammate philosophy in India. We are looking for candidates with full cycle recruiting experience, to screen, select, hire, and support in retaining qualified and suitable teammates during the set-up of engineering center in India, as well as supporting the current team.
Responsibilities:-
Oversee, plan, and support the talent management for key Human Resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, teammate engagement and people programs, and talent development.
Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant federal, state, and local laws for all positions
Ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal, safety and training requirements
Compensation & Benefits Administration which includes creating an employee benefits package for different employee groups, and work with payroll team
Ensure Labor Law & Regulations compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable legal requirements for relevant social security funds (PF, ESI etc.)
Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
Coordinate the Employee experience in the function, including working on projects related to engagement, retention, feedback, coaching and learning.
Resolve any escalated issues and risks
Facilitate teamwork and process integration across the Corporate Functions Human Resources Partner team
Qualification And Experience:-
5-10 years of Human Resources experience preferably focused on Human Resources Generalist / Human Resources Business Partner responsibilities.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management; Business Administration or similar field
Human Resources certification preferred. (SHRM or HRCI)
Requires proactive identification, definition and solving of complex problems that have impact on the teammates
Strong coaching and partnering capability combined with a demonstrated ability to influence.
Experience in building successful and productive working relationships.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and successfully meet deadlines.
Solid knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures.
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc.)
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision making skills
Proficiency with a HRIS platform
