What We’re Offering
12 month fixed-term, full-time contract (parental leave coverage)
$95,333.31 – $107,910.15 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
5 weeks of leave every year (4 weeks annual leave & 1 week special leave), plus 2 days volunteer leave

About the Role
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you are a trusted advisor in all aspects of human resources and employee relations for your designated business area. You will partner with leaders to provide reliable advice on a range of matters whilst working within the HR team to deliver projects and continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead the effective delivery of new ‘people’ initiatives and processes that support the City of Vincent strategic and operational plans and continuously explore opportunities for improvement to enhance staff and management experience.
This opportunity is offered as a full time, fixed term contract for an initial period of 12 months to support parental leave coverage.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
Previous experience in a HR business partnering position
Highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to liaise, consult, negotiate and influence a wide range of stakeholders
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of industrial agreements, awards and employment related legislation (with experience working in the WA State Industrial Relation system desirable)
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related discipline, or lesser qualification with extensive experience
A passion for making a positive impact in the workplace
Current National Police Clearance
