Roles and ResponsibilitiesHRBP Executive/ Senior Executive to support he employee engagement activities across the business account / unit.
Provides support to HR Business partner(s) and People champion of the unit to carry out employee engagement activities including but not limited to :1.
One-o-one connects with the employees on call / face to face.2. Recording and analyzing the observations.3. Sharing the MIS with the relevant stakeholders and following up for the closures.4. Planning & Conducting team building events.5. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.6. Hands on with Outlook, Excel, Word PowerPoint (MS Office).7. Creative thinking ability, proactive attitude and drive for results.8. Flair for planning, managing and conducting all events related to employee engagement.+. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
Requisites for the role3-6 years of experience .Good communication skills.
Minimum first class .Applicants should be completely vaccinated .Should be ready to work from office at least 3 days a week or as and when required .Applicants should have completed graduation
