Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals. Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates. Design and implement employee development programs, including training, performance management, and career pathing. Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Conduct HR investigations as needed. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Monitor HR metrics and key performance indicators to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Contribute to the development of a positive and engaging organizational culture. Support organizational change initiatives. Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition and employee development. Proven experience in partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives. In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, employment law, and performance management. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
