As a HR Consultant you will be Responsible for improving people management through delivery of Strategic HR Projects Commercial ER (employment law) advice .Manage HR Projects aligned to the people strategy, employee lifecycle (performance management, recognition, talent) or HR transformation.
Provide comprehensive ER advice and support to line managers including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, dismissals, long term sickness, occupational health investigations (including adverse Vero checks) and redundancy. Drive continuous improvements across the People Team.Act as escalation point for AskHR and support with complex operational cases, secondments, adverse regulatory references. Own specific HR Policies. Support HRBPs with cyclical or critical projects
