You will have your own employee relations case load and support managers to progress cases inline with policy and procedures.

Alongside this you will also provide support with DSAR's, HR Data Reports and note taking in meetings.

You will be working to build the capacity of line managers to resolve people management issues effectively and professionally within a busy and fast paced environment and these will include large change programmes, grievance, disciplinary and capability cases. It is important to us that we meet and strive to exceed where possible the expectations of our customers. We are therefore looking for someone with excellent communication skills, personal resilience and the ability to build strong working relationships with customers whilst contributing to continuous evolution in quality and scope of services provided. In return, working in a large organisation, you will benefit from exposure to a wide variety of work, which is strongly supported by an experienced team, which will enable excellent development opportunities.
