Designation: HR Consultant
Number of working days: 6 (alternate Saturdays off after 6 months)
Job Description: End-to-End Recruitment-
• Responsible for handling IT requirements from India-based clients
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Naukri, Dice, Career Builder, Job Diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
• Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
• Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
Requirements:
• Good communication Skills are a must.
• Graduate (preferably B.Tech or tech background)
• Hands-on experience on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Team player, Good time-management skills.
• Aptitude to recruit for a broad and deep range of positions
