What You’ll Own
HR Operations
Make onboarding seamless and exciting for recent joiners.
Manage employee lifecycle documentation.
Keep our HRMS updated and our data sharp.
Help roll out policies and ensure everyone understands the “why” behind them.
Be a reliable point of contact for employee queries.
HR Leadership Support
Manage calendars, meetings, and priorities for HR leadership.
Coordinate travel bookings and logistics.
Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
Track action items so nothing falls through the cracks.
Support HR events, townhalls, and engagement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or recruitment.
Super organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
Solid communicator (written + verbal).
Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
High integrity since you’ll handle confidential data.
