Job DescriptionReporting Authority : Operations HeadWork Experience : 1-2 Years In HR (apart from recruitment)Working Hours : 10 am - 7 pmSalary Budget : upto 3 lacs pa / 25000 per month· Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.· Managing the recruitment and selection process· Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.· Training, counseling and coaching our staff.· Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.· Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital· Conducting performance Management System and wage reviews.· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance· Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization· Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues· Creating clear and concise reports.· Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance & Privacy· Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.· Nurture a positive working environment· Giving helpful and engaging presentations.· Maintain payroll plan and benefits program such as Professional Frees, ESIC,professional Tax· Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics· Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team each month and make recommendations to improve the company’s current offerings· Carrying out necessary administrative duties.· Leading a team of Jr. Admin StaffRequirementsKnowledge of labor law, employment-related laws and regulation and HR best practicesKnowledge of HR systems and databasesProven working experience as HR ExecutivePeople oriented and results drivenProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflic
