Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our organization’s HR initiatives and cultivate a thriving workplace culture. Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.
Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing sourcing strategies, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and overseeing interviewing processes to attract top talent.
Oversee employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth.
Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts promptly, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating effective communication across teams.
Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), workers' compensation regulations, and other legal requirements.
Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, payroll processing through platforms like Paychex or Workday, and benefits administration.
Supervise HRIS (Human Resources Information System) management including systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM to optimize data collection, analysis, and reporting for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Proven experience in supervising HR teams with a strong background in human resources management and strategic planning.
Extensive knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and benefits administration.
Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition techniques such as sourcing through ATS platforms (e.g., Taleo, UltiPro) and conducting effective interviews.
Strong negotiation skills for contracts, vendor relationships, and conflict resolution within the workplace.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms including ADP, Paylocity, Kronos, Dayforce or Ceridian for payroll processing and data analysis.
Excellent communication skills to engage senior leadership effectively and facilitate organizational change management initiatives.
Ability to design organization structures that support business objectives while fostering a positive employee experience.
Experience in developing training programs focused on employee evaluation, performance management systems, and process improvement strategies. Pay: $67,346.06 - $81,104.93 per year
