Integrate core values into onboarding, training, and performance review processes before year end across the organization
Develop and deploy effective training programs for all managers/supervisors, leveraging AI and self-service query/training tools
Maintain a customer service-focused HR culture and continuously improve support and services

As the Director of HR, you will be a strategic business partner within our leadership team and report to the President. Leading a dedicated and experienced team of HR professionals you will shape our HR strategy, ensure compliance, and implement initiatives that support our mission and values. Key Performance Objectives (KPOs):
• Develop a strategic plan and metrics for the following KPOs within +0 days.
