Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in high-level HR and be able to provide strategic guidance and support to our dynamic and growing business.
Key Responsibilities
To ensure best practice HR systems and resource management.
To take ownership of the HR function and play a key role in supporting the business.
To coordinate with subcontractors and monitor safety regulations.
Requirements
High-level HR experience including contract drafting and administration, recruitment and talent acquisition, performance review, policy review.
Strong communications, organisational and autonomous working skills.
Knowledge or experience within the construction industry is a plus.
