We are currently recruiting a People and Development Executive to join our Human Resources team @ Broadwick Soho.

As a People and Development Executive at the Broadwick Soho, you will drive the idea of being a glorious hotel that embraces the spirit of Soho, alongside making our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our beliefs of being independent, embracing, generous and playfully exquisite.
Reporting to the Director of People and Development and an integral part of a team of three, you will be responsible for recruitment and onboarding, ensuring that all our colleagues receive the best start to their journey at Broadwick Soho. You will also be a huge part of people operations at Broadwick Soho, including responsibility for the reward and recognition scheme, handling colleague queries and colleague administration.
The ideal candidate will have some experience as an HR co-ordinator within a luxury hotel environment and someone who wishes to develop their experience in people operations within a fast-paced luxury environment.
We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues.
You will work closely with brilliant colleagues across all departments at Broadwick Soho so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.
What do we need from you?
• Experience within a Human resources team at Co-ordinator level in a luxury hospitality operation.
• Kindness, desire to help and assist, empathetic attitude.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport with people easily.
• A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
• A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
• Ability to work at Broadwick Soho, 40 hours a week over 5 days.
