We're Hiring HR Executive – Recruitment Focused
Location:
CG Road, Ahmedabad
Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
Working Days: 6 days a week (Week off may not be on weekends)

Your Role
This position is 80% Recruitment and 20% Generalist HR — ideal for someone who enjoys hiring, people interaction, and fast-paced work.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews & closures.
Work across multiple verticals and departments for diverse hiring needs.
Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
Support general HR operations – attendance, payroll coordination & engagement.
Maintain accurate HR records and generate MIS reports.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in recruitment is mandatory
Experience in BPO/KPO/RPO or service-based industries preferred
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office & HR tools
