Description
Venus Accountants is looking for HR professionals who are willing to make their career into Australian recruitment.
• Experience: 0-1 Year of experience in recruitment for accounting industry.
• Communication: Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Location: Gota SG Highway, Ahmedabad
• Office time: 9 AM to 6 PM (including 1 hour of Break)
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assessing, advertising and sourcing for suitable candidate according to vacancies.
• Scheduling Interviews and managing communication between Company and candidate.
• Monitoring Employee performance.
• Ensuring all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
• Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
• Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
• Providing counseling to employees on company policies and procedures.
• Ensuring Monthly payroll slips to the employees.
• Ensuring of proper record keeping of employee Information in easily accessible Electronic format.
• Ensuring of proper record keeping of holidays, casual/paid/unpaid leaves of employees.
• Support staff with HR related issues like compensation, benefits, reward and recognition, vacations, leaves, misconducts and any other problem resolution
