Position Title: HR Executive

Location: Jaipur
Experience: 2-3 years
We are looking for someone who has experience working within Information Technology (IT) recruiting. It’s a challenging, fast-moving candidate-driven market, and the ideal candidate should be highly motivated and tenacious enough to keep up with the pace.
Responsibilities:
• Handling the complete Recruitment Life Cycle, Sourcing, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates tracking, Follow-ups, Offer Rollout & On boarding.
• Keeps job descriptions up-to-date and accurate.
• Sourcing & screening of resumes through various channels (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn). references, networking, job posting etc.
• Pre-screening the resumes before submitting to hiring managers and talking to the candidates in detail about requirements.
• Update policies and maintain employee records and highly important data.
• Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, employee personal details
• for signing of contracts.
• Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
Qualifications:
• Candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferably in a reputed IT company
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English language
• Good in Microsoft word, excel & power point
· People oriented, Persuasive & Creative
• Good team player
• Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
• Strong willingness to learn & develop within HR function.
