Job Summary
Looking for a proactive candidate who has worked as an individual contributor in IT/non-IT recruitment and other HR activities.
Location- Bengaluru
Responsibilities
Design and develop an overall recruiting strategy.
Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Play a role of an evangelist for new joiners and be their point of contact for all HR-related concerns.
Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
Organize employee engagement activities and events at the organizational level.
Conduct Exit interviews, record and analyze data and present to the Cofounders for further action
Our ideal candidate
has 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment
is a passionate recruiter
is a team player with excellent oral & written communication
has strong interpersonal & leadership skills and the ability to work with cross-functional departments
