Roles and Responsibilities
• Engagement with employees for their care and well-being.
• Manage employee recruitment, on-boarding, appraisal, retention and other standard human resource functions
• Leave and payroll management.
• Planning and celebrating cultural events and other employee motivational programs.
• keeping the workplace vibrant, energetic, joyful and playful.
• Social networking activities and employee development programs
• planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Candidate profile
• A graduate or post graduate with 0-2 years of experience.
• possess good knowledge of HR functions.
• Highly energetic, enthusiastic and a people person.
• Very good communication skills with proficiency in English, Marathi and Hindi.
• A good listener, a learner and a creative
