As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources operations within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of HR policies and procedures, and to drive employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement performance management systems to drive productivity and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, including training and development programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, including employment law, safety, and ethics.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Key Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.
