Job Description
We are hiring an HR Executive with a strong focus on payroll management to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will work closely with employees and other departments to resolve any payroll-related issues and provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
• Process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain employee records, including salary details, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
• Handle new hires, terminations, promotions, and employee changes in the payroll system.
• Calculate and process regular and ad-hoc payments, such as salaries, bonuses, and overtime.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and collaborate with relevant departments for prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and tax requirements.
• Generate payroll reports and summaries for management and auditing purposes.
• Provide payroll-related support to employees and address inquiries.
• Collaborate with the HR team on benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a startup or tech-related industry with a focus on payroll processing.
• Familiarity with payroll software and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and Basic knowledge of employment laws, labor laws, and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
