• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to identify the best-fit candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Conduct orientation sessions and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
• Manage exit interviews and offboarding procedures.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
• Promote a positive work environment and resolve employee issues effectively.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• HR Operations:
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Generate HR reports and analyze data for decision-making.
• Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and assist in the development of training programs.
• Support employee growth and development initiatives.
