Job Summary:
As a HR Executive at SHAH TC GLOBAL EXIM LLP, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the human resources functions and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This role is ideal for an HR professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who is eager to grow and take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
Prepare HR-related documents, including offer letters, contracts, and other HR correspondence.
Performance Management:
Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Monitor and track employee performance and provide reports as necessary.
Training and Development:
Coordinate and schedule training programs for employees.
Assist in identifying training needs and recommending appropriate learning solutions.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in the preparation of reports for audits and compliance checks.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a focus on generalist responsibilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with HRIS and other HR tools.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.
