1. Should be able to handle the whole recruitment process from posting jobs to full & final settlement process.
2. Should be able to do payroll
3. Compliance
4. Training & development to employees
5. Should be able to make proper SOP's for the company
6. Proper coordination between employees and owner's.
7. Should work for cost cutting of company and evaluate the unnecessary cost.
8. Should be always productive and have creative ideas to work on
