Roles and responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition
• Training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements.
• Candidate should know Email Drafting , Recruitment (Non IT), screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, volume hiring Joining formalities, Administration activities, Leave management, Attendance , Induction programmes etc.
• Conduct employee Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Undertake tasks around performance management.
• Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and Statutory Compliances.
• Employees PF &ESI registrations, GMC Insurance policies, PF claims and nominations & Bills follow-ups.
• Vendor management.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
