Roles and Responsibilities
• Conducting weekly one on one and skip meetings
• Offering counselling services to employees.
• Liaising between employees and management.
• Undertaking up skilling training sessions for employees / supervisory staff. Advises and trains reporting supervisors in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances. Develops further training as needed.
• Handling the employee retention plan, IJPs & PIP’s or any other disciplinary actions. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Conduct employee engagement activities and festival celebrations
• Performs other related job responsibilities as assigned
• Held hands in CSR activities planning and executing
