• Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Costing, Recruitment, induction
• Manpower Planning, budgeting and costing for the entire manpower requirement of the organization.
• Sourcing of best manpower talents from the market thru cost effective ways.
• Interviewing, selection and recruitment of all the required talents.
• Induction and orientation of new recruits
• Tracking and controlling of Budgeted numbers and costs on a monthly basis.
Location: Work from Office, Bangalore
