We need enthusiastic recruiters who can help us hire for our creative internship program. There is prior experience needed and one needs to be resourceful to hire organically and work closely with the management.
Key Responsibility
• Handle Recruitment
• To put together a good job description on the basis of the brief and post jobs on popular hiring platforms
• To be resourceful and look for good candidates from various organic sources.
• shortlist candidates on the basis of the interview and Technical test for various positions in the organization
• Onboarding candidates by taking care of the documentation, induction and basic training process.
Handle Exiting Process
• getting the certification and the work experience certificate ready for the candidates
• getting feedback and testimonials from them
• actively monitor vacant positions and hire replacements.
