Key Responsibility
• Handle Recruitment
• To put together a good job description on the basis of the brief and post jobs on popular hiring platforms
• To be resourceful and look for good candidates from various organic sources.
• shortlist candidates on the basis of the interview and Technical test for various positions in the organization
• Onboarding candidates by taking care of the documentation, induction and basic training process.
Handle Exiting Process
• getting the certification and the work experience certificate ready for the candidates
• getting feedback and testimonials from them
• actively monitor vacant positions and hire replacements.
