Job Description
As an HR executive intern at CRTD Technologies in Bhopal, you will be responsible for various aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires
Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee grievances
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance
Develop and implement employee training and development programs
Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field
0-2 years of experience in HR management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
Salary:
The salary for this position ranges from 10k to 30k, depending on experience and qualifications.
