Roles & Responsibilities:
• Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC) to vendors and direct clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and clients
• Submit consultant profiles to open requirements and follow up regularly
• Negotiate billing rates with clients and vendors
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with consultants
• Maintain daily/weekly reports for submissions, interviews, and placements
• Ensure maximum utilization of bench resources
• Stay updated with current market trends and client requirements
Required Skills:
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working with vendors and clients in the US staffing market
• Knowledge of job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to work in night/US shifts
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Graduate in any field (MBA/HR preferred)
• Prior experience in bench sales or US IT staffing is an advantage
Additional Information (Optional):
• Shift: Day shift
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
