We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Executive specializing in IT recruitment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent, coupled with a keen understanding of the latest recruitment trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract high-quality IT professionals.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate assessments through phone screenings, technical assessments, and in-person interviews.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and industry regulations.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics using the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the IT Services sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of technical job requirements and IT industry trends.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and various ATS.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
