Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and existing employees.
• Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance data.
• Handle employee queries and provide the necessary support.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes align with organizational goals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
