WE ARE HIRING FOR ONE OF OUR CLIENTS WHICH IS AN ESTEEMED ORGANIZATION IN THE SPECIALTY CHEMICALS SECTOR. THEY ARE A MANUFACTURER AND SUPPLIER OF INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS SUCH AS LUBRICANTS, PAINTS, INKS, COATINGS, POLYMERS, PIGMENTS, AGROCHEMICALS, ETC.
Designation: HR Executive
Note: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry is required.
Qualification: Graduate/MMS
Location: Dombivli, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for complete recruitment cycle. Sourcing & Short listing profiles from job portals, references, & other source.
• Keeping the track for expected joinees. Follow up with candidate for joining post offer.
• Conducting employee orientation for new joinee. Generation of Employee code, Employee ID Cards etc.
• Preparing Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Experience letters.
• Maintaining personal records.
• Day to Day administration work
• Preparing MIS
• Training
